This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Fareham store. Our leaders aim to grow our people and business. As a Store Manager, you are responsible for planning and achieving the store's sales and profit goals. You lead, coach, and develop the team, promote a safe work environment, and ensure a great customer-first experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Profit:
* You lead with a vision to ensure the best experience for colleagues and customers.
* You analyze and follow up on your store's sales & profit KPIs and take actions to maximize results.
* You oversee store operations and ensure best practices are followed in line with the Area vision.
1. People & Teams:
* You ensure all employee relations responsibilities, legal requirements, and H&M policies are fulfilled.
* You recruit, train, develop, and manage succession planning for your store.
* You evaluate and manage team performance through dialogues, development plans, and feedback to support leadership and business needs.
* You ensure health & safety, legal, and security issues are handled according to H&M standards and local legislation.
