Your new role
Marketing Strategy & Execution
1. Develop and implement aprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the Centre’s mission andmercial goals.
2. Lead brand development, digital marketing, content creation, and public relations efforts.
3. Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI across campaigns and channels.
4. Organise and represent the Centre at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Sales Leadership
5. Drive B2B and B2C sales strategies for renewable energy products and services.
6. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
7. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance targets.
8. Develop pricing strategies andmercial proposals in collaboration with technical and finance teams.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and operational delivery.
10. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
What you'll need to succeed
11. Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership.
12. Excellentmunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
13. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
14. Degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or related field.
