Description
* Act as a principal financial advisor to senior leadership.
* Support and guide management through restructures and business change.
* Simplify complex financial scenarios to aid decision-making.
* Influence and challenge financial performance and efficiency.
* Collaborate with other Finance Business Partners to ensure cohesive service delivery.
* Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and resource management.
* Identify and implement efficiency savings while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Profile
* Proven experience of business partnering and adding value to non-finance stakeholders
* Strong financial skills and knowledge within a medium to large-scale organisation.
* Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting in complex environments.
* Advanced Excel skills
* Qualified / Qualified by Experience
* CIPFA Level 7 Qualification in Business Partnering would be beneficial but not essential
This role is will be due to start around the end of September, so would suit someone just seeing out a notice period / end of contract.
Job Offer
A salary of up to £62,763 dependent on experience
