This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Head Chef to take ownership of the food offering, develop seasonal menus, and lead a high-performing kitchen team. The successful candidate will combine creativity with strong operational management to deliver exceptional food quality and a consistently outstanding guest experience. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, maintaining high standards while ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently during both busy and quieter service periods. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team Create and deliver seasonal menus that showcase quality and innovation Maintain consistently high food standards across all services Manage stock control, food costs and labour budgets effectively Ensure all food safety, hygiene and compliance standards are met Maintain an organised, efficient and well-managed kitchen operation Drive performance, consistency and continuous improvement within the kitchen About You Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership position Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Sound understanding of stock control, food costs and labour management Positive leadership style with a team-focused approach Passionate about producing high-quality food and delivering excellent standards Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance requirements Why Apply?
