Ruminant Sales Specialist (Dairy/Beef/Sheep) Ruminant Sales Specialist (Dairy/Beef/Sheep) – Central England - Competitive base salary Bonus Vehicle The Job: We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Ruminant Sales Specialist to take ownership of a sales territory, working with dairy, beef, and sheep farmers. You will be responsible for selling compounds, blends, straights, and performance products while supporting customers with technical and practical solutions to achieve their production and sustainability goals. Key responsibilities include: Territory planning, farm prospecting, and new business conversion Coordinating forage analysis and ration reviews, ensuring practical, on-farm implementation Driving sales of compounds alongside straights and performance lines Running farmer discussion groups and supporting local shows/open days Maintaining CRM systems, forecasting accurately, and monitoring account credit Reporting weekly on volume, margin, and pipeline activity The Company: We are representing a well established, independent, family owned feed manufacturer with over 150 years of experience serving UK farmers. Based in the Midlands, they supply both ruminant and mono gastric feeds across Central England and beyond.
