Your new role A Sustainability PM is required to provide expertise and delivery on a global maintenance programme. This role is responsible for the selection and prioritisation of sustainability projects to deliver, through collaboration with project sponsors.
1. Identify sustainability project opportunities from to support carbon reduction and energy management improvements across the international platform.
2. Provide professional Building Services assessment and prioritisation for all sustainability opportunities to realise cost savings and carbon reduction across the estate.
3. Provide SME guidance to Delivery Managers on the delivery of sustainability construction and improvement projects and work packages.
4. Collaborate on supply chain and product selection to achieve energy savings, return on investment and reducing emissions taking a whole life-cycle approach
5. Establish centre of excellence resource materials for use in delivery teams to ensure sustainability is considered and applied in scoping, design, procurement, construction and maintenance of project works
6. Package for regional delivery teams, and/or manage the construction project requirements to time, budget and quality, ensuringpliance with theernance model and that all projects are delivered in line with the widerernance framework
7. Perform internal and external stakeholder mapping,munications strategy andmunications planning
8. Create lessons learned to identify issues and learnings from adopting and embedding sustainability solutions so delivery teams may learn from continuous improvements
9. Identify and manage stakeholder requirements, interests and influences and expectations
10. Support delivery teams across multiple international borders and time zones
What you'll need to succeed
11. Project Management qualification (APMP, PMI. PMP or equivalent)
12. Experience of delivering construction projects end to end
13. Experience of energy and carbon management
14. Specific domain understanding and experience of operation, maintenance and deployment, using NEC3/4, GC works and FIDIC contracts and documentation in procuring in construction
15. H&S knowledge and experience in construction and CDM2015 regulations
16. UKernment Security Clearance or the ability to gain it (Must be a British citizen or hold dual nationality, and have been a resident in the UK for at least two of the last five years)
