Responsibilities Provide direct care, supervision, and support for young people, including key worker responsibilities. Lead the daily management of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager. Support and manage staff, assisting in recruitment and training as needed. Ensure all entries in young people’s records, diaries, and reports comply with company policies. Maintain vigilance for Health and Safety concerns and adhere to safeguarding policies. Participate actively in team meetings, professional supervision, and regular appraisals. Special Requirements This role may involve working across different homes within the organisation to meet business needs. Sponsorship is not available. Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
