About the Role:
As Sales Hub Manager, you will lead BaptistCare's phone‑based Retirement Living lead response and management team, guiding meaningful conversations with prospective residents and families. You will combine strong sales leadership with genuine care, ensuring every enquiry is handled with warmth, professionalism and respect.

This role is being offered as a full time position for a maximum term of 12 months.
