Void Supervisor
Location: Aldershot, GU11
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000 - £33,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Are you an organised and motivated supervisor ready to take on an exciting challenge? VIVO is seeking a Void Supervisor to oversee housing maintenance services for the UK Defence Sector. This is your chance to deliver excellence, and play a vital role in maintaining 27,000 homes across the South of England.
As Void Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery. Your role includes preparing and maintaining void properties including scoping properties for required works, potentially attending move ins, maintaining safety and quality standards, and meeting performance targets. You'll collaborate with colleagues, oversee subcontractors and stay in contact with the supply chain.
What you'll need
To excel, you'll ideally need experience in property maintenance, an HNC or equivalent qualification. Health and safety training, IT proficiency, and knowledge of housing regulations are highly desirable. You will be a strong communicator who thrives under pressure and inspires success.
