What is the job role?

Are you experienced in offering Personal Assistant support?

A genuine, confident, team player who enjoys building productive relationships across organisations?

If yes, we want to hear from you!

We have an exciting and great opportunity to recruit a Personal Assistant in our team. We are a flexible organisation and currently working in a hybrid manner.

In these roles you will be part of a Team supporting our Councillors to deliver outstanding results for the city.

The skills you will bring to the role will include:

1. Experience of working in a busy administration background and looking to develop those skills further in an interesting and challenging environment.
2. Good IT skills with the ability to prepare minutes.
3. An awareness of the role of a Councillor.
4. The ability to work flexibly as part of a busy team, working to strict deadlines and managing conflicting demands.
5. Excellent organisational skills.
6. Experience of dealing with confidential information.
7. A ‘can do’ attitude.

Who are we looking for?

Member Services are a team of ESOs and PAs, who all work in a collaborative open and honest manner, we are supportive of each other, and we have an excellent method of sharing best practice in all that we do. Any new recruits to our team will have a comprehensive induction and support to help them integrate into their new role.
