Job Description – Technical Consultant (2 Openings)
We are seeking experienced Technical Consultants with a strong background in BT Openreach, Virgin Media Ireland, and onboarding ISPs like Vodafone, CityFibre, etc. The ideal candidates should have extensive experience in OSS/BSS systems and expertise in network configuration, integration, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide Networks subject matter expertise, ensuring seamless ISP onboarding.
✅ Network Integration & Configuration – Hands-on experience with NNI, NTD, ONU for fixed broadband/fiber.
✅ Data Integration & Segregation – Ensure proper data flow between ISPs and network operators.
✅ Billing & OSS/BSS – Strong understanding of billing processes and OSS/BSS architecture.
✅ Collaborate with Solution Designers and contribute to technical discussions and solutioning.
Required Core Skills:
✔ 10+ years of experience in network infrastructure, ISP onboarding, and OSS/BSS solutions.
✔ Expertise in BT Openreach, Virgin Media Ireland, and ISP onboarding (e.g., Vodafone, CityFibre).
✔ Strong technical acumen with the ability to contribute to solution architecture.
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
➕ Knowledge of data governance & data privacy regulations.
➕ Experience with network automation and orchestration tools.
