Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Remote Working
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking fully qualified (CeMAP 123) Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well-established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.
The PRIMIS partner AR firm is a business of over 150 advisors where many experienced advisors began their mortgage careers.
The role offers complete flexibility and enhanced earnings that come with self‑employment within Mortgage Advisory.
We are happy to consider financial services/property experienced, CeMAP 123 qualified individuals who are confident with social media and networking. You will need social media skills to self‑generate your own business (no leads are provided).
Some advisors begin part‑time while working other jobs until they transition to full‑time Mortgage Advisory, though a minimum of 60% of time must be committed to the role.

* 70% of gross procuration fee (no network retention taken) in your favour on self‑generated business (60% whilst non CAS)
* 100% of broker fee payable (no network retention taken)

* Full lender panel and 15 provider non‑loaded protection panel
* There are no leads provided with this role
* You will have full customer ownership (unlike many firms offering similar roles)

The role is self‑employed – there is no employment alternative and there is no financial pipeline building support available.
You will need to supply a business plan to show how you plan to self‑generate your own business.
You must be fully CeMAP qualified to be considered.
