We’re recruiting for a successful private branch in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have the operational insight, compliance knowledge, and leadership qualities to continue growing a well-performing service.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
· Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch
· Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safety
· Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks
· Lead, manage and develop the care team
· Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism
· Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards
· Ensure accurate care planning and assessments
Requirements of a Registered Manager:
· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care
· NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
· UK Driving Licence
· Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessments, and compliance procedures
· Confident with digital care systems and managing rotas
· Person-centred approach to leadership and care planning

· £45,000 salary
· Guaranteed 10% bonus, rising to 30% based on hours and performance
