Key Responsibilities
* Support specialist orthodontists in various procedures
* Manage workloads, plan, and organize work effectively
* Develop and maintain relationships with patients
* Represent the organization's values at all levels within the company
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* GDC registered orthodontic therapist
* Clinical experience, orthodontic knowledge, and delivering high-quality orthodontic services
* Excellent organizational and clinical skills, with ability to manage relationships with patients
* Positive and flexible approach to work
* Good practical skills together with good common sense
* Up-to-date CPD and CPR training
* Relevant Hep B vaccinations
* Good knowledge of health and safety rules and guidance
