We are currently recruiting for ad:hoc, short and long:term Nursery Assistants to support a primary school in Blackpool, our clients building and resources are second to none and rarely found in a primary school. Starting Septemner, they require qualified TAs/nursery staff to support the nursery on a day:to:day and long:term basis in the new academic year. Ideally, a successful candidate would be familiar with Read Write Inc. phonics and if possible continuous provision, this will also be desired to support long:term applications at this school.

We are seeking TA and special support assistants to carry out the following duties:
* To provide in:class support for either the whole class identified individual students or small groups of students (e.g. 4:5 students).
* Under the direction of a class teacher, SENCO, to develop and lead small group work.
* Under the direction of the class teacher, to assist and support in upholding standards of behaviour across the class.
* To assist in delivering and producing teaching and learning materials for students, including differentiating the materials.
* To provide regular feedback to the class teacher and to the SENDCO or the relevant line manager.
* To support the teacher with setting up the class including the daily activities, ensuring that continuous provision is available, display boards, managing pupil journals and workbooks etc.

Essential requirements:
* Relevant qualifications (L2/3 TA etc.)
* High knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
* Classroom experience.
* Two references from the last 5 years (1 must be a full child:based safeguarding reference)
