Assistant Manager – The Range

The Range is expanding and we are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our store management team. You will report to the Store Manager and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.

What you’ll do

* Lead by example to inspire retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Ensure the store is well merchandised and continually look for ways to develop and improve business performance within your departments.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager, maintain clear and open communication, and coach the team to high standards.
* Train retail colleagues to the highest standards and take corrective action when necessary.
* Maintain a positive, can-do attitude, meet targets, and be self-motivated to get the best from your team.
