You'll be the go-to person - managing people, running machines, solving problems, and keeping the shop floor humming like a finely tuned spindle!This isn't just any workshop, our client is part of a global engineering powerhouse (confidential but BIG), serving industries like aerospace, chemical, and electrical with high-precision carbon components.What you'll be doing as a CNC Machine Shop Team Leader
* Leading by example on the shop floor with expert CNC skills
* Programming and setting up Mazak machines like a boss
* Coaching your crew, planning shifts, managing performance
* Pushing production goals, maintaining quality, and improving processes
* Collaborating with other team leads in logistics, quality, and production
* Keeping things safe, smart, and smooth (hello 5S & CIP!)
