At Tunbridge Wells Sea Cadets - TS Brilliant, we provide a wide range of activities such as sailing,, powerboating, camping, leadership and music. Our program also offers various qualifications that cadets can carry with them beyond their time with the Sea Cadets. We are dedicated to creating enriching experiences that foster personal growth and leadership skills.
Role Description
The Volunteer Instructor will be responsible for conducting training sessions in various activities such as sailing, powerboating and general cadet training. They will also oversee the safety and welfare of cadets, mentor young people, help with the organisation of events, and assist in maintaining equipment. The role requires working closely with other instructors and volunteers to provide a supportive and engaging environment for the cadets.

* Strong communication and leadership abilities
* Organisational skills and the ability to manage events and activities
* Ability to work well with young people and as part of a team
* Relevant qualifications in related activities preferred
