This is a fantastic opportunity to provide person-centred, 1:1 support to a young woman living with a brain injury, helping her live a more independent and fulfilling life. About the Role Working as both a Support Worker and Complex Care Assistant, you'll be part of a 2:1 care team supporting a sociable and energetic client. She enjoys being active in the community and requires consistent, high-quality care due to complex health needs.
