Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee healthcare construction projects ranging from medical office buildings to specialized outpatient facilities. This role combines hands-on field leadership with client-facing management to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design intent.
1. Manage all phases of healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout
2. Lead project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor coordination
3. Partner with in-house design and estimating teams to align constructability with design goals
4. Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
5. Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to ensure satisfaction and transparency
6. Maintain project documentation, safety compliance, and quality standards
7. Identify risks, resolve field conflicts, and drive timely decision-making

The Successful Applicant
8. 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial healthcare construction
9. Strong knowledge of medical office, ambulatory, or clinical facility requirements
10. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight schedules
11. Experience with design-build or integrated project delivery preferred
12. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
13. Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
14. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification a plus
