An experienced Criminal Duty Solicitor is sought to join a dynamic team in Stockport, Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, providing expert representation in Magistrates and Crown Court cases while delivering outstanding client care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Represent clients at Court and police stations during the day.
2. Manage emergency calls during evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
3. Handle a large and varied caseload of Magistrates and Crown Court cases efficiently.
4. Maintain high standards of client care and professionalism.
Requirements
5. Criminal Duty Solicitor accreditation.
6. Proven experience managing Magistrates and Crown Court caseloads.
7. Exceptional communication and client care skills.
8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
