As a Restaurant Manager, you would: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service; Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service standards; Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; Oversee the dining area and ensure tables are set up correctly, maintaining an inviting ambiance for guests; Assist in developing and implementing standard procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction; Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons; Handling money and being able to reconcile financials at EOD.
