We are looking for compassionate Home Care Assistantsto join our friendly team supporting older adults living independently in Dorchester and surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Home Instead Care Assistant, you will be matched with a small group of regular clients in your local area, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide high-quality care.
Unlike many care providers, our visits are a minimum of 1 hour, meaning you have time to provide genuine support and companionship.

No previous care experience is required, we provide full training and ongoing support.

Requirements
* Have a full UK driving licence
* Have access to a reliable vehicle
* Be able to work mornings, evenings and every other weekend
* Be kind, reliable and compassionate
* Be comfortable working in Dorchester and surrounding areas
Experience in care is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
