Operations Manager/Managing Director in Waiting Horizon Utility Supplies Limited are looking for a unique person to become our Operations Manager with a view to becoming Managing Director within 2 years. We are a fully employee-owned company (EOT) that rewards all its staff for their hard work and dedication. The successful candidate will spend 18-24 months shadowing the current MD to ensure that they have gained the industry knowledge and company experience to take our organisation forward to further success. Running an experienced, hardworking, loyal team of 13 employees the successful candidate will: show great motivation and leadership skills. have a good knowledge of sales, including tender submissions and contract negotiations. be comfortable talking to customers and suppliers at all levels. have a good general understanding of business finances.
