£38,000-£40,000 DOE + circa £4,500 Tips/TRONC

£38,000-£40,000 salary DOE
Approx. £4,500 tips/service charge
40-hour contract
28 days holiday, increasing after 3 years
Pension scheme
25% food and beverage discount (up to 8 guests)
£90 staff rate at sister hotels
£120 friends and family rate
Future progression opportunities within a growing hotel group The Role
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead service and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
Deliver consistent, seasonal food across a busy bar and restaurant operation
Contribute to menu development and daily specials
Maintain high standards during both peak seasonal trade and quieter periods About You
Current Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Experience within a quality-led fresh food kitchen
Confident leading from the front during service
Passionate about developing junior chefs and building team culture
