Financial Services Professional Apprentice
This apprenticeship will last 3 years, offering a structured progression and a starting salary of £28,000 (Isle of Man).

Qualification: Level 6 Financial Services Professional with Kaplan and Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) Diploma & Professional Banking Certificate
Responsibilities
As an apprentice, you will build client relationships, learn how banking works, and earn industry-recognised qualifications.

Key tasks include:
* Supporting Relationship Managers in managing portfolios of banking clients and growing the business.
* Driving simplification of the business through proactive and pace-led change.
* Supporting strategy, planning and system migrations.
* Applying insights from client and stakeholder to support product and service development.
Skills you will master:
* Banking and financial services fundamentals
* Relationship management
* Risk and regulatory knowledge
* Data analysis and reporting
Learning & Support:

By the end of the programme, you will have your salary and qualifications fully covered, including a fully funded Level 6 apprenticeship, CBI Diploma and Professional Banking Certificate.
Requirements
* You must be a resident or have been born in the Isle of Man.
* You will be at least 18 years old on 1 September 2026.
* GCSEs at grade 4 – 9 in Maths and English – obtained.
* 3 A Levels at grade BCC (predicted allowed, but offer conditional on completion).
* Currently possess a valid Right to Work in the UK, with visa end date extending beyond the apprenticeship duration.
