As a Casework Co-ordinator, you'll support refugees across South Wales. You'll deliver person-centred casework that helps people move into mainstream services and benefits after being granted leave to remain. You'll work closely with local partners, manage volunteers, and make sure support is accessible and culturally sensitive. The role involves distributing emergency provisions, offering guidance on rights and entitlements, and helping people shape the services they receive. You'll also take part in local advocacy and awareness-raising activities. Everything you do will be rooted in compassion, inclusion and professionalism, helping people feel safe, supported and empowered during a key moment in their lives.
