This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and knowledgeable 2nd/3rd Line IT Technician to join our IT Department. The post holder will act as the senior escalation point, resolving complex incidents, supporting the school’s core systems, and working alongside the IT Systems Engineer to maintain secure, efficient IT services. The role balances escalated support with system maintenance and improvement projects.
