Salary: £12.21 per hour plus bonus for target achievements
Hours: ·
* Week 1 – Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
* Week 2 – Monday to Saturday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, with one day off in the week.
* 39.5 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid)
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the Chery brand at events, showroom, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
* Educate potential customers on Chery's product range, features, and technological innovations.
* Provide engaging and informative product demonstrations and test drives.
* Support the marketing and sales team in creating memorable customer experiences.
* Collect customer feedback and share insights to help refine our strategy and service.
* Act as a brand advocate both online and offline, promoting Chery's vision and values.
Ideally, we are looking for:
* Passionate about cars, technology, and delivering outstanding customer service.
* Confident communicator with a charismatic and approachable personality.
* Experience in sales, promotions, events, or automotive is a plus — but not essential.
* Strong social media presence or content creation skills are a bonus.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
* Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
