Now, we’re looking for a passionate Infrastructure Engineer to join our forward-thinking Technology team. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support to the business technology related hardware and software issues.
What will you do?
* Provide 2nd line technical support to our business users.
* New laptop/PC builds and rebuilds.
* Maintain our M365 estate, Azure Active Directory, Windows Servers, and VMware ESXI environments.
* Play a supporting role in designing and implementing resilient, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
* Support business continuity and security plans while exploring emerging technologies like AI tools.
* Assist in implementation of new or amended technical infrastructures with minimal disruption
* Participate in the OOH’s on Call Rota 1 week in every 3.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience with Microsoft Client & Server OS, and VMware ESXI.
* Experience of M365/Intune management.
* A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
* Full UK driving license (occasional travel to Nottingham).
