Job Description
* Analyse and evaluate existing business processes within the FMCG department.
* Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.
* Implement new business processes and oversee their successful integration.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to department leads.
* Compile and present reports on process improvements and administrative tasks.
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure business processes align with company goals.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Support the department by managing ad hoc projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Process Analyst/Administrator should have:
* An academic background in Business Administration or a related field.
* Experience in analysing and improving business processes within an FMCG setting.
* Strong administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and organisation.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using business software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
* A solution-oriented mindset, with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
