About You

This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract and is a step‑up opportunity for those who want more hands‑on delivery experience, wish to build content creation skills, and seek broader exposure across People & Culture.

Responsibilities

* Support and deliver onboarding and training sessions.
* Build confidence in facilitating sessions and take on increasing ownership.
* Work closely with managers and teams.
* Create and update training materials, guides, and learning content.
* Gather feedback and use insights to continually improve onboarding and learning experiences.
* Support new systems, processes, and ways of working.
* Get involved in wider People & Culture initiatives.
* Serve as a role model for company values and behaviours day‑to‑day.


Requirements

* Experience in L&D or a coordination role.
* Experience delivering or supporting training sessions, with a desire to take greater ownership of facilitation.
* Experience in creating or adapting training content (or a strong interest in developing this further).
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Tech‑savvy, ready to support others as we evolve our systems and ways of working.
* A collaborative, proactive approach.
