Are you passionate about delivering high quality financial guidance?
We are seeking a Wealth Advice Assessor to join The Openwork Partnership. In this role, you will be responsible for the pre- and post-sale advice checking of Wealth Business, ensuring compliance with current regulations and The Openwork Partnership’s COB Suitable Advice framework. You will also provide constructive feedback to advisers to promote continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role based in our Swindon office, requiring 2 days in the office per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Checking cases accurately and fairly, ensuring standards are met
* Identifying errors or discrepancies and providing feedback to the team
* Recording assessments concisely and accurately
* Achieving daily advice checks and peer reviews as per SLAs
* Identifying trends and suggesting improvements
* Building relationships with key contacts internally and externally
* Collaborating with Operations, Distribution, and Compliance teams to enhance advice quality
* Reporting potential breaches and taking ownership of difficult decisions
* Promoting teamwork within the Advice Quality Department
* Supporting team members, advisers, and supervisors to improve advice quality
What will you need to succeed?
* Extensive experience in financial services, with knowledge of COBS, TCF, Data Protection, Financial Crime, and AML regulations
* Knowledge of Openwork or similar AR networks is highly advantageous
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Sound judgment, impartiality, and consistency
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
* Effective time management and organizational skills
* Customer-focused approach, capable of handling challenging situations
