We are seeking an Apprenticeship Trainer to deliver high-quality training for the Teaching Assistant (Level 3) and Community Health and Wellbeing (Level 3) apprenticeship standards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in teaching apprenticeships, particularly in childcare or teaching assistant roles, and ideally with some healthcare experience. Apprenticeship Trainer - Teaching Assistant & Community Health and Wellbeing Part-time: 21.6 hours per week (3 days) Contract Duration: Until April 2026 Location: London. East Working Days: Tuesday and Thursday, plus one additional day for marking Pay up to £35ph Day-to-day of the role of Apprenticeship Trainer - Teaching Assistant & Community Health and Wellbeing : Deliver engaging and high-quality training sessions aligned with the apprenticeship standards. Coach, mentor, and support apprentices throughout their learning journey, providing tailored guidance and feedback. Conduct workplace observations/assessments and progress reviews with employers to evidence competence against standards. Track learner progress, set clear targets, and maintain accurate records in line with funding and compliance requirements. Work collaboratively with employers to ensure apprentices apply skills effectively in their school settings. Prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment (EPA) through mock assessments and structured development plans. Adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs, ensuring inclusive and accessible training. Required Skills & Qualifications for the Apprenticeship Trainer - Teaching Assistant & Community Health and Wellbeing: PGCE/CERTED or equivalent teaching qualifications. Must have experience teaching apprenticeships in childcare or as teaching assistants. Desirable: Background in healthcare.
