Week 1 - 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday and week 2 - 2pm-12 midday Monday to Thursday. What You Will Do: - Assemble, integrate, and test military vehicles in line with manufacturing instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards. - Conduct basic tests and fault-finding to confirm the integrity of vehicle systems, sub-systems, and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs). - Interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand requirements and carry out tasks with precision. - Complete technical reports and assist the Quality department as needed. - Maintain a safe, efficient, and organised working area, adhering to 5S principles and production schedules. - Perform crane operations and lifting tasks following safe working practices and instructions. - Support logistics operations, including the movement, delivery, and inspection of parts and consumables. What You Will Bring: - A Level 3 qualification in an engineering or manufacturing discipline, or equivalent experience. - Proven assembly experience within a mechanical engineering or production environment, ideally in a similar industry. - Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. - A solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and quality control processes. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
