The Business
Redfox is working with a well-established, multi-site operation supplying into highly demanding, high-profile customer environments. The brief is simple:

The Role
You will take ownership of key customer relationships and commercial performance, with full accountability for:
* Driving revenue, margin and growth
* Managing and developing high-value accounts
* Leading internal alignment across operations, supply chain and planning
* Spotting and converting commercial opportunities others miss
* Playing a visible role in shaping the future commercial direction of the business
This is not a passenger role. You will be expected to add value quickly and visibly.
What We’re Looking For
o A high-performing commercial operator already delivering in a fast-paced environment
o Strong track record managing and growing key accounts
o Numerically strong, commercially sharp and comfortable owning outcomes
o Someone with the ambition and headroom to step into a director-level role
