Cognizant Moment: Cognizant Moment is the Retailer Marketing Agency for BMW Group. We work with the BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and BMW Motorrad brands to deliver marketing campaigns, guidance and tools to their network of Retailers/ Dealers. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join the Retailer Marketing Service team (RMS Team). The RMS team are responsible for directly supporting the Retailer network across the UK and Ireland with local marketing as well as encouraging engagement with BMW Group campaigns. Role Purpose: Our Senior Account Executives play an integral role in delivering front-line support for the day-to-day management of relationships with the BMW Group Retail network. You will be responsible for all inbound and proactive outbound Retailer enquiries and marketing activity management, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal project delivery for your assigned Retailers. Main Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day relationship with select Retailers, building and maintaining strong working relationships so that they trust and value your opinion (including running and managing solo meetings, online and in-person) - Liaise with Retailers regularly (responding to strategic briefs, attending 1-2-1 meetings, status reporting, information seeking, meeting deadlines and managing approvals) - Support Junior Account Executive(s) with the day-to-day services ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard (including but not limited to: creative reviews, triaging inbound enquiries and social monitoring) - Be on the front line for all inbound assigned Retailer enquiries, engagement and support - including marketing advice, query management and project management of Retailer marketing activity - Carry out administration as required, including but not limited to note taking, booking meetings and drafting agendas, monthly report compilation etc - Ensure knowledge and thorough understanding of BMW Group in-market programmes and National campaigns to support Retailers, including use of existing assets/editable templates as appropriate - Full working knowledge and thorough understanding of BMW Group corporate identity guidelines and compliance to support Retailers, manage compliance checks and report appropriately to meet the agreed deadline - Support the team Account Managers with management responsibilities, i.e. proactive Retailer contact, including but not limited to deployment of National communications, surveying for reporting purposes and monitoring marketing channels for compliancy - Undertake proactive research for Retailer activity using the tools provided (Audience Insight Tool and Campaign Reporting Dashboard) - Research and prepare activity documentation, analysis and reports as well as cost estimates, project schedules, budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines Your Experience - Two years' agency experience in a Client Services style role - Strong client management skills - Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills - Proactive, demonstrates initiative and self-motivation - Outstanding attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative team working - Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience - Confident and coherent communication skills - Project management skills including managing schedules - In-depth understand of social media, SEO and digital marketing Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
