Role: Technical Service Manager
Location: South East (Luton – Cambridge)
Our client is expanding their sales team and is looking for an experienced Technical Service Manager to support continued growth across the food, dairy, and beverage manufacturing sectors.
In this role, you’ll provide technical service, training, and support to customer sites while identifying opportunities to retain and develop business within your region. Your technical expertise and customer focus will play a key part in ensuring clients receive exceptional service and value.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within your region.
* Regularly review and manage existing accounts to ensure full business potential is achieved.
* Deliver on-site technical support and training to customer teams to ensure correct product application and performance.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements
* Based in the South East region (Luton to Cambridge).
* Background in food, beverage, brewing, or dairy manufacturing preferred.
* Previous sales or account management experience is advantageous.
* Strong technical understanding with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
