Bluestone Resorts, proudly rated Wales’ top holiday destination by Which?, is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, deliver exceptional dishes, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and service. You will foster a positive, professional, and efficient kitchen environment that reflects Bluestone’s core values: Genuine Care, True Ownership, and Growing as a Team.
We’re looking for a leader with a love for food, people, and hospitality. A flexible schedule, own transport, and availability during evenings, weekends, and the festive season are required. This is a 48-hour week role, working 4 on, 3 off, providing time to lead, grow your team, and create memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do:
1. Support and guide a passionate kitchen team in creating high-quality, memorable meals across our resort’s vibrant culinary outlets.
2. Champion sustainability, creativity, and seasonality in every dish.
3. Ensure consistent excellence in food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards.
4. Collaborate with our Food & Beverage and resort leadership teams to elevate the guest experience.
5. Mentor and develop chefs at all levels.
