Job Summary World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Program Manager to join the WWT For All team. This role is pivotal in managing the success of our regional For All teams across EMEA, Canada, LATAM, and APAC. The Program Manager will work closely with WWT For All regional leaders to ensure strategic alignment with the corporate WWT For All strategy and report directly to the Director, WWT For All. The Sr Program Mgr will report to the Director, WWT For All, and collaborates closely with global and regional leadership to drive culture and strategy. Job Responsibilities - Collaborates with leadership to define and refine the global WWT For All strategy. - Translates global WWT For All goals into regionally relevant policies and practices. - Stays informed on international best practices, laws, and cultural norms to ensure compliance and relevance. - Manages international WWT For All programs, initiatives, and interventions across multiple locations. - Oversees employee resource groups (ERGs)/affinity networks globally. - Serves as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership across geographies. - Engages with local teams, country managers, and regional leaders to understand needs and barriers. - Develops internal communications to raise awareness, celebrate progress, and build buy-in. - Defines goals and outcomes to track WWT For All progress globally, including representation, inclusion, and engagement metrics. - Tracks outcomes and metrics in alignment with the overarching WWT For All strategy. - Uses qualitative and quantitative data to inform program improvements and leadership reporting. - Promotes culture of belonging aligned with WWT's core values. - Organizes and supports listening sessions, ensuring international regions are included and arranging special sessions as needed. - Analyzes feedback with regional leads to develop appropriate follow-up actions. - Develops and manages program budgets for international WWT For All initiatives. - Manages vendor and partner relationships. - Oversees logistics for global events, training, travel, and other operational needs. - Stays updated on theory, research, and global trends. - Pilots new approaches and scale successful initiatives. - Shares learnings across regions and encourage cross-region collaboration. - Foster strategic alignment with the Talent Acquisition team to support inclusive hiring practices. - Collaborates with the Global Employee Experience team (including Global Community Impact and Employee Engagement) to ensure development and retention practices are aligned with regional For All teams. - Creates opportunities for feedback from regional programs, leads, and participants, sharing insights with WWT leadership. Work Experience Experience Req Pref A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field X Other Work Experience Proven experience leading regional or global programs across multiple geographies (EMEA, LATAM, APAC, Canada). Experience working with Employee Resource Groups or similar employee-led initiatives. Background in corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, or organizational development. Familiarity with remote and hybrid work environments and managing virtual teams. Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and driving accountability across regions. Experience in promoting employee engagement through storytelling, creative initiatives, and community-building efforts. Experience working with employee experience or HR teams to support development, retention, and career growth strategies. Experience working in a global organization with sensitivity to local customs, languages, and business practices. Licenses and Certifications Licenses/Certifications Req Pref And/Or Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Strong ability to align regional initiatives with overarching corporate strategies. - Skilled in facilitating meaningful dialogue across cultures and geographies. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, employee groups, and external partners. - Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and collaboration with talent acquisition teams. - Ability to define, track, and report on program metrics and outcomes. - Deep understanding of regional nuances and cultural dynamics across international markets. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
