The Role
* Food & Beverage Supervisor motivates the team and leads by example
* Assist the Management team the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department
* Support and deliver training to team members, actively develops the skills and knowledge of their team
* Have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and learnings from complaints are used to enhance future customer service
* Deal with guest complaints and react in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction
* Work with colleagues to enhance the guest experience
* Continually develop knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery
* Maintain thorough knowledge and delivery of the company SOPs in the department and a general knowledge of all standards within the Hotel
* Strong knowledge of Hotel’s products: Food & Beverage and auditing procedures
* Ensure the department is prepared for business and forthcoming days’ service
* Communicate and cooperate with all colleagues in all departments
* Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation
* Ensure Health & Safety / Food safety compliance is adhered to; report hazards, accidents, losses, or damages

* Support the Management team in day-to-day operations and guest service excellence
* Deliver training and development opportunities to team members
* Ensure prompt response to guest requests and effective handling of complaints
* Assist in maintaining company standards and procedures across the department
