Support Worker - Multiple positions available
Lobster Recruitment are looking for Support Workers to join a growing team.
You will work with extraordinary people who achieve fantastic successes and work as part of a supportive team, focusing on outcomes through a person-centred approach.
We work closely with local services for vulnerable people, to offer flexible working hours including:
* Early shifts
* Late shifts
* Long Day shifts
* Night shifts
Requirements:
* Have experience working with adults with learning and physical disabilities
* Be passionate about providing excellent support
* Be compassionate, take responsibility for your own actions and be keen to acquire new knowledge
What we offer you:
* Flexible Working Hours
* Full time and Part time hours available
* Weekly Pay PAYE (Not Self Employed)

* Up to 28 days Holiday per year
* Full Practical & Theory Training.
* On call service, for out of usual office hours.
