Our Programme Advisory team specializes in the strategy, setup, and transformation of major programmes and asset-owning enterprises within the transport, defence, utilities, and power sectors in the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity
We seek enthusiastic, talented, and proactive individuals to join our Programme Integration team within Programme Advisory. We value hands-on experience in major project environments, whether as change champions, consent specialists, or project managers.
Programme Integration is central to our team, providing services across the development lifecycle, including programme setup, delivery, transition management, governance, assurance, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with project teams to deliver key client outcomes
* Design and facilitate workshops and presentations for clients
* Manage client relationships
* Identify and develop business opportunities
* Contribute to bid proposals and manage key bids
* Lead initiatives within the team, such as developing integration products and methodologies
Qualifications and Experience
* BSc/MSc in a relevant field
* Practical experience with the lifecycle of consent processes from pre to post-approval
* Understanding of consent strategies via routes like DCO, TWAO, Hybrid Bill
* Experience in discharging primary and secondary consents and managing post-consent deliverables
* Stakeholder engagement experience within large organizations
* Familiarity with consulting environments or consulting skillsets
* Proven track record of delivering results across projects with a flexible, proactive approach
* Experience in programme/project management within complex, multi-stream environments
* Ability and desire to facilitate client workshops and produce high-quality deliverables
* Ability to build productive relationships and identify new business opportunities
* Sector experience in infrastructure, transportation, utilities, defence, natural resources, or real estate
