Job Title: Temporary Receptionist
Location: Tonbridge
Pay: £12.25 - £14ph (depending on experience)
Contract Details: Full-time, 2-3 weeks minimum (8am - 4pm, some flexibility available)

Responsibilities:
📞 Answering incoming calls with a smile and directing them to the appropriate person.
📧 Responding to emails promptly to ensure effective communication.
🤝 Meeting and greeting visitors with a warm welcome.
📝 Signing students in and out, ensuring a smooth registration process.
✍️ Assisting with registration tasks where needed.
📚 Supporting the internal admin team and staff to keep everything running smoothly.Please note that an enhanced DBS will be required for this role, which we can process for you.
