Job Description Job title: Client Relationship Manager Salary: up to £35,000 Location: Peterborough, mostly remote We’re looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to be the main contact for our corporate clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, managing communication and addressing inquiries. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Coordinate issue resolutions and service escalations, working with internal teams as needed. Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and proactively improve service quality. Review and update Service Level Agreements (SLAs) annually and create new SLAs when necessary. Document and manage service changes, ensuring costs are communicated and agreed upon with clients. Lead service meetings per SLAs, tracking actions and follow-ups. Support onboarding of new clients to establish strong initial relationships. Requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage various stakeholders. Client-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Ability to handle multiple relationships and tasks independently and as part of a team. Adaptable with a positive approach to client needs and challenges. Knowledge of savings and investment products is a plus.
