The Earning Structure (How You Make Money)

Our comprehensive bonus scheme is built to reward your efficiency, consistency, and daily output fairly:

• Time Saved Bonus (TSB): Paid out on all invoiced hours exceeding a standard efficiency baseline (e.g., matching or beating Master Tech targets).
• Weekly Performance Bonus: Earn an extra £50.00 weekly bonus (£10.00 per day) simply by ensuring all attended hours for that week are successfully invoiced.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out high-level routine maintenance, vehicle health checks, and complex mechanical repairs across the modern VAG vehicle lineup.
• Utilizing specialized VAG diagnostic platform systems to accurately troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
• Ensuring work is completed efficiently to optimize your Time Saved Bonus while maintaining strict manufacturer quality standards.
• Working collaboratively alongside a supportive team of service advisors and workshop colleagues.

Are You The One? (Requirements)

• Qualifications: Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio of workshop experience). Vertu Motors
• Experience: Previous main dealer or specialist independent experience with VAG brands (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda) is highly beneficial. Strong diagnostic habits are essential.
• Mindset: A productive, efficiency-minded team player who takes real pride in first-time-fix accuracy.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
