Location: Remote within the UK
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Technical Architect to join on an initial 3-month contract, delivering high-impact solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own end-to-end architecture across Microsoft Power Platform solutions
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Architect integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure services, Dataverse, and external systems
Establish reusable patterns, frameworks, and reference architectures
Implement governance strategies including environment design, DLP policies, and security models
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Required Experience:
7+ years IT experience, including 3+ years specialising in Microsoft Power Platform
Experience working within the Insurance Domain
Deep expertise in:
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
Power BI
Dataverse
Governance and security within Power Platform
Strong knowledge of Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus)
Experience integrating REST APIs and building custom connectors
Solid understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD / Entra ID)
Proven experience with ALM practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub
Strong solution architecture and integration design experience
Desirable:
Familiarity with TOGAF or similar architectural frameworks
