This well-established Scottish law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Property team in Edinburgh. The position involves advising clients on development site acquisitions, commercial leasing, Deeds of Conditions, asset transfers, disposals, and related contract and security work. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload with significant client contact and autonomy, while also contributing to the supervision of junior staff and trainees. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in commercial property, with excellent communication and time management skills.
