The Role
As an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant, you will lead and deliver Oracle Cloud UK Payroll implementations across diverse industries. You will work on complex end‑to‑end payroll transformation projects, collaborate closely with global clients, and leverage the latest Oracle Cloud technologies. You will play a key role in shaping payroll processes, ensuring legislative compliance, and supporting the successful adoption of Oracle Cloud Payroll capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Lead Oracle Cloud UK Payroll implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand payroll requirements, provide expert advice, and design tailored Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
* Provide expertise in payroll interfaces, deductions, benefits, and related functionalities.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and stakeholders on Oracle Cloud UK Payroll features and processes.
* Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution throughout the implementation phase.
* Stay updated on the latest developments and enhancements in Oracle Cloud UK Payroll modules.
Essential skills / knowledge / experience
* Hands‑on experience in Oracle Cloud UK Payroll implementations.
* Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud UK Payroll modules and processes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when required.
Desirable skills / knowledge / experience
* Certification in Oracle Cloud UK Payroll is a plus.
