Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Care Team Leader, you will:
* Lead and motivate a team of support workers to deliver excellent person-centred care.
* Recruit and develop support staff through supervisions, interviews, and ongoing guidance.
* Communicate effectively with staff, the people we support, and external professionals.
* Maintain accurate records with strong written communication and IT skills.
Who We're Looking For
We need energetic and dedicated individuals who:
* Hold a full UK Driving Licence (as driving our company cars is essential).
* Have experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker, ideally with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care.
* Possess a solid track record as a Care Assistant or Carer, with the ambition to grow.
The people we support may face challenges such as learning difficulties, autism, and mobility issues, so a good sense of humour and patience are key!
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, offering:
* 37.5 hours per week
* £13.70 per hour
